INTERREG funding for two TEDIM project initiatives
Baltic Sea Region INTERREG III B Steering Committee made the funding decisions on 9 December 2005. DaGoB and LogOn Baltic were approved out of 52 applications.
Both project initiatives were presented for the TEDIM ICC in October 2005 and granted with the TEDIM Certificate.
- DaGoB aims at improving the co-operation between public and private stakeholders related to Dangerous Goods transport in the BSR by connecting these on different levels; and by providing up-to-date information on cargo flows, supply chain efficiency and risks related to DG transport and producing.
- It comprises almost 30 Partners from Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and Sweden, with a budget of over 1.5 million €.
- LogOn Baltic aims at improving spatial integration by transferring knowledge in ICT and logistics competence. The main objective is to produce and disseminate information for regional development agencies on how to support enterprises in the participating regions in their effort to improve ICT and logistics competence, thus improving regional development.
- It comprises almost 30 Partners from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia and Sweden.
