Today in international trade and logistics it is more and more important to find real-time solutions for monitoring goods´ transportation, safety and to facilitate the co-operation in the Baltic Sea Region by developing new methods and systems. During the TEDIM years, there have been over 40 development projects under the TEDIM umbrella. Some of the projects have not proceeded further than a feasibility study and some have already been completed and turned into marketable products. Typical for the TEDIM projects is the public-private co-operation, and the aim to improve the efficiency of  goods´ transportation between the European Union and the Russian Federation.
